In order to purchase products from Devine Distribution you must be 21 years old or older. In order to purchase you must be a valid retail business in the Vape and Smoke Shop industry. Devine Distribution reserves the right to request additional documentation in support of business status. We reserve the right to cancel any orders that are found to be placed by non-qualified accounts.

WARNING: Products sold on this site contain nicotine, a poisonous and addictive substance. Products sold on this site are only intended for vapers and smokers of legal smoking age and not by non-smokers, children, women who are pregnant or may become pregnant or any person with an elevated risk of, or preexisting condition of, any medical condition which includes, but is not limited to, heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure or asthma. CAUTION: When working with Li-ion cells, they are very sensitive to charging characteristics and may explode if mishandled. User should have enough knowledge on Lithium-Ion rechargeable batteries in charging, discharging, and assembly before use. All lithium batteries should be stored in a fire-proof container. Never leave batteries unattended when charging or while in use. Do not put batteries on wood surfaces or carpet when charging. Make sure to charge in Fire-Proof container. We are not responsible for damage of any modification to the batteries in form or shape. We are not responsible for any damage caused by misuse or mishandling of theses Li-Ion batteries.

DO NOT USE OR TRANSPORT ANY BATTERIES THAT SHOW ANY WEAR OR TEAR ON ORIGINAL WRAPPING.  COMPROMISED WRAPPING COULD CAUSE VENTING OR EXPLOSION !

Devinedist.com will make the best effort to ship orders the same day when orders are placed before 4:00pm, Monday – Friday.  All weekend and or orders placed on shipping holidays will be shipped the following regular business day.

Once a package has shipped, Devine Distribution will take NO responsibility in the carriers shipping time-frame.  Delays in shipping can occur due to inclement weather, mechanical failures and/or acts of God outside of our control.  If a package does not arrive contact our office and a claim will be filed with the shipping company.
Devine Distribution will take NO responsibility for items lost in transit, sent to the wrong address, nor international fees charged by your country or any involved third parties.

You agree that Devine Distributoin may send electronic mail to you for the purpose of advising you of changes or additions to this site about any of products or services, or for such other purposes that Ultimate Product Distributors deems appropriate.

We have made every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colors of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate. We update our inventory daily to make every effort to ensure accuracy.

In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Devine Distribution reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Devine Distribution, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers (collectively the “Service Providers”) from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the site using your Internet account.
